How to purchase the De Luxe Photo Booth

How do I purchase/order the De Luxe Photo Booth from Photo Booth Experts?

We build the De Luxe Photo Booth units to order and the lead time from the retainer to shipping is approx 3 -5 weeks.

Ready to buy the Deluxe Photo Booth? Here is what you need to do next:
1. Contact us by emailing info@photoboothexperts.com or calling 402.812.5676.
2. Once details have been worked out you will Sign the De Luxe Photo Booth Purchase Agreement
3. Once the purchase agreement has been signed a non-refundable retainer of $2000.00 is required in order to begin the production.

The balance must be paid 7 business days prior to unit delivery.
Please NOTE-We will not deliver the unit until the balance is paid in full.
Payments can be made by cash or check
NOTE! Due to territory guidelines the De Luxe Photo Booth or PT Booth photobooth software is not available if you are planning to operate your Photo Booth business within 100 miles of the Omaha, Nebraska.

What else do i need?

The De Luxe Photo Booth comes fully tested and "Ready To Go". That means once assembled the unit will be ready to function.
The only extra items that you will need are an extension cord and a surge protector for 5 outlets.
We do recommend the APC - 550VA Battery Back-Up System to keep your computer and devices safe from power surges and spikes.

Also we recommend that you get a steamer for your drapery panels and an extra set of rechargable AA batteries with charger.

What is the size of the Photo Booth and What are the requirements at the location?

When fully assembled the Photo Booth has the following dimensions:
Width: 5 foot - Height: 7 foot - Length: 8 foot
The requirements at the location are very simple.
To operate the De Luxe Photo Booth you will need an area that fits a 5 x 8 foot photo booth and electrical outlets nearby.

Where do i buy the printer media?

Just search the internet for the best price. Look for media for the Shinko Dye Sublimation Printer.
We will be happy to provide you with the contact information of where we purchase our media. We do not require you to buy paper media from us.

Is the Photo Booth handicap-accessible?

Yes our Photo Booth has been designed to accommodate handicap participants. Our Photo Booth is 5 feet wide, 8 feet long and 7 feet tall with wide easy to enter and exit access and no steps.

Is there Warranty?

Yes, we offer 1 Year Limited Warranty for all of the De Luxe Photo Booth components.
It is the same type of warranty that you would have when you purchase a laptop from the store.

How many pictures can be taken at the event?

In the perfect setting the time is about 1 minute per photo session. This may take a little longer depending on the pace of the guests.

How much time will it take me to set-up?

Set-up takes about 1 hour. We reccomend that you arrive two hours before the event starts to get everything just right. You may need a little extra time for drapery steaming if needed. We have found that the more experience you have assembling the Photo Booth the less time you will need for assembly.

What do i need to know in order to operate the De Luxe Photo Booth?

In order to operate the Photo Booth you need to have basic computer skills. You need to know how to start Windows, how to connect the monitor and USB devices (camera, printer) to the laptop, how to launch the software, how to change the printer media. We do provide a training video showing how to do this.

What vehicle do i need in order to transport the De Luxe Photo Booth?

The De Luxe Photo Booth is mobile, compact and easy to transport
  • The De Luxe Photo Booth Does Not Require a Trailer for transportation.
  • The De Luxe Photo Booth will fit in all SUVs and Minivans.
We are currently using a 2005 Toyota Scion to transport our De Luxe Photo Booths.
